When you store the possessions of hundreds of people a year, security is clearly a big issue. And one that we take really seriously. All of our facilities are brightly lit and managed by professional staff. The buildings are modern, equipped with the latest fire and smoke regulation detection systems on every floor and connected to BT’s redcare system.
We ask everyone to sign in and out when visiting our storage facilities and we also provide you with a storage room which you lock with your own padlock so only you retain the key. We provide this for all of our customers, whether their room is 10sq ft or 500 sq ft.

Video surveillance both inside and outside all of our buildings including access areas, lift lobbies and storage corridors

A sophisticated burglar alarm system, which again is connected to BT’s redcare system

Fire alarms and smoke detectors on every site
We also ensure we take the appropriate verification details from all of our customers when completing the Storage Licence so that everyone enjoys the benefits of a safe and secure environment.
